“This is disgusting. Like, I've not seen any employees with gloves on. The person at the window NEVER gets all my food order right. I'm always missing food and to top it all off, the chicken nuggets my kid was eating were slimy and undercooked. ??‍♀️ the person at the window with the triangle tattoo by the side of their neck/ear was picking at their skin and back then proceeded to handle food and drinks without washing hands or wearing gloves. ?‍♀️ I have stopped going to this one and go to just the taco bell in Shelby because of that.“

“My first time trying this quaint but cozy restaurant. It's a bit loud when the dining area is full. The service was pretty quick and friendly servers. I ordered the three tacos with beans and rice special. I enjoyed the shredded beef taco, flavored well and tender. The chicken taco had no seasoning and was bland. The carne asada was tough and chewy but good flavor. Rice and beans were fine. I may give this place a second visit and try another dish.“

“I lived in Arizona for 15 years so I've had great authentic Mexican but lupitas outdoes any Mexican place I've been to there food is fresh went last night got carne asada fries omg they were so good and express burrito was amazing don romons has nothing on this place I'll be back “

“Authentic Mexican food is always better than a chain restaurant that serves Mexican food. El Acapulco knows how to cook. We have never had a bad meal there. The portions are big, the options are plenty, and everything comes out hot. They are always busy for a reason.The service is good. They check on you, but leave you alone to eat your dinner in peace.The atmosphere is perfect for the style restaurant. I would highly recommend eating there. My favorite go to is the steak burrito dinner. Delicious!“

“Really great interior. Nicely lit and very colorful. The chairs really stand out but in a good way. The food was great! I wasn't sure what to expect as someone just passing through boiling springs but If you're in the mood for Mexican food it definitely satisfies. Whatever that yellow salsa is is spicy but so delicious. I had the chicken burrito California, the chicken was seasoned well and the beans were delicious. The pico de gallo was tasty and the guac wasn't too salty. They have really big beers and mixed drinks. The prices were honestly a sight for sore eyes. They weren't charging an arm and a leg for a burrito and a beer. Will definitely mark this place in the maps and be stopping by anytime I'm in the area!“

“It was dinner with a large group, and they gave us an area just for us! Paco was our server & he was very kind, funny & super helpful. Even though he was super busy, he stayed on top of our table, making sure everyone had what they needed. We had a great time and the food was absolutely delicious!“

“It was our first time visiting this restaurant. We own a tex mex restaurant in charlotte and really wanted to give this place a try. The waitress was very attentive,the food came out quick and last but not lease the food was sooooo delicious and seasoned so well. Next time we are in town we will be visiting this place again.“
