I want a refund from last night. oh and because they wouldn't answer me I decided to slap their nasty sandwich against the wall so they could think about the next time when someone wants to ignore the customer. get a new manager and team that knows how to serve the public!!!“

“I eat the same basic fried chicken sandwich with nothing but extra pickles every time I go to Chickfil A. I like it, but I absolutely love the way the employees are trained in the Forest City store. Almost every employee is so pleasant, respectful and kind to the customers. I actually had to take a break today while trying to exchange a phone at a cell phone store, because I felt disrespected, belittled, unseen, and the answer to everything you ask is "No, it can't be done."
At least some of the answers should be "YES" in every business.
I took a break, went to Chick-fil-A, ate an early supper, and went to the bathroom (which can't be done in most stores). I honestly thought I couldn't muster the physical strength to go back to "No" T-Mobile, but the lovely young people at your restaurant just lifted me up. When I leave, most of the young workers at Chick-fil-A will finish by saying, "Have a blessed day."
There's no other store of any kind like that in Rutherford County that I have seen. I hope I'm wrong, but I truly don't think there's another place like that in the county. If you're in management somewhere, go sit down to a small meal at Chick-fil-A. Then ask about their training program.

Honestly he has this look on his face like why I am even working in fast food. It sucks for kids these days. We have so many fast foods place and training and retaining is so hard with all the options that they offer. It’s everywhere. Too many menu options and it makes it hard to get them right. Fries were great. Haven’t had them in forever. Homeless man maybe walked in lot. It must suck seeing them everywhere and it just keeps getting worse. Oh welll we can only do so much. Oh and he the young kid looked like he would be great in an office job. I bet he would like working office work in my company. He gave me a perfect amount of napkins 4 and 4 Arby’s sauces. “Really good food. Not expensive.Spake's is not a fancy place. Tables ,chairs and the booths are old but sturdy. It is kept very clean. Friendly atmosphere. I love to eat there.Their hotdogs are one of my favorites. I also like their chicken livers.Different sandwiches on the menu. Also a meat and three.“

“This is one restaurant in Rutherford County where my order is right the majority of the time. In the last 6-8 months I think I have only had 1-2 orders that weren't 100% correct. It was missing chips/cheese or they didn't go easy on a sauce. I like NOT having to check everything in the bag, open up every wrapper to make sure it's all correct.

“I visited this location on 10/02/2024 @ 5:00 pm 4 days after Hurricane Helene hit. The drive through was wrapped around the building but the line was moving steady. The young man running the drive through was very courteous and polite. The food was hot and delicious. Thank you so much Spindale KFC. You are 10 stars in my book!!!“

“I ordered the club via the internet. They were super busy when I arrived but seemed to maintain composure. It took a few extra minutes for my sandwich-however the wait was worth the deliciousness!!! Seriously glad they opened and GREAT subs!!! I will be a return costumers!
