placed order on the mobile app which ever employee bagged my order they just placed my order on a top shelf and even though I was waiting in the lobby they never called my name out for the order. Love the roast beef sandwiches. I remember when they used to be five for $5. 😂 good old days! Good curly fries too.

Arby's is a restaurant that offers roast beef sandwiches and jalapeno bites. The sandwiches come with fresh buns and hot roast beef. The food is always fantastic and the customer service is always outstanding, with a friendly staff. Health scores are always higher than other restaurants in town. However, long lines form inside and in the drive-thru during the day, and the food can be sloppy when prepared. The restaurant seems to be understaffed and the drive-thru wait can be a very good while. Everything is awesome on the second shift with hotter, better food.
