“Great little gem in downtown Bryson City. We ordered the Filling Station Salad with grilled chicken and The Ethyl to go. Both the salad and sandwich were superb! Made with high quality fresh ingredients. We ordered and waited outside as the weather was gorgeous. When our order was ready, they kindly brought it out to us. All at a very fair price. Don't skip this place!“

Anytime I mention their cookies to someone, they also rave about them. They usually smile and throw their hands up as if they are thrilled that I also know about this well-kept secret. I know this is a busy tourist area, but the staff here works incredibly hard. When I stopped in during the late afternoon, the service was fast, the ingredients were super fresh, and the restaurant was clean. Compared to other big sub chains, this location gives you way more food for your buck without a massive price tag or long wait times. It's the perfect quick, reliable, and budget-friendly meal when you are traveling through the area.
