“Food was great! Service could use some work. I tried multiple times to place our order on the app and it wouldn’t work. Called before my husband headed to the restaurant I was told by the manager on duty that they would make it right if my husband went inside. I had rewards I wanted to use. Manger wasn’t any help other than to tell my husband sorry very disappointing.“

“The food is good, but if you go later in the day, they will run out of some foods. Also, this is a miniature, Campbell University location, so the menu is smaller and they don't have Coke products like a normal Chick-fil-A. The interior seating is normally all put up unless Campbell classes are in session and you will need to order using a GrubHub tablet.“
