Buxton Munch isn't just a great place for lunch, it's a great experience! The food is delicious, well presented, and plenty of it. The service is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is comfortable and it makes you feel like you belong there. The cost is reasonable and well worth what you get. We always look forward to lunch at Buxton Munch whenever we are staying on Hatteras Island.
Crabby Avocado Wrap was delicious and very filling you could really taste the crab and the avocado was a great touch. Seating took a little bit but it was very worth it crazy fun seats! Waiter was very kind and fun even gave me some of those food swords that go in burgers! Have games and things to do while waiting for food. We played trivia which was a blast and very entertaining. Would definitely recommend coming here with family and friends.

Our favorite lunch spot since we began vacationing in the Outer Banks around a decade ago! The food is always consistent(ly amazing), the staff is super friendly and attentive and you never are in need of something. Decor is super funky and there is no shortage of things to look at! We love the fish tacos, shrimp and corn chowder, and the house-made tuna salad! We try to get there early as this places gets PACKED as the shift goes on, especially as more families head off the beaches...read full review
