They are well priced, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the restaurant is clean with a fun atmosphere. Buxton Munch has been our favorite lunch stop for many years and is consistently our most recommended eatery on the OBX.“

The fried flounder was perfectly crispy, fresh, and full of flavor, and the steak was cooked to perfection — tender, juicy, and one of the best we’ve had in a long time. And the dessert? Completely to die for! The perfect ending to an amazing meal. What truly made the experience unforgettable though was Angela and Rusty themselves. They were some of the kindest, most welcoming people you could ever meet and made us feel right at home the entire time. You can truly tell how much love and care they put into both the food and the atmosphere. If you’re looking for amazing food, wonderful people, and an all-around fantastic dining experience, Rusty’s Surf and Turf is a must-visit. We will definitely be back!“
