For three generations my family has been coming to Dockside every summer when we go to NC/SC. Food is great, especially the hush puppies! Love the shrimp (broiled or fried are my faves) and also the stuffed crabs. Great atmosphere with the dock and river as a backdrop.
Before we purchased out farm we went to dockside every year. My husband just told me it was temporary closed and im really hoping yall dont close for good. Good food, good people and exelent service. We absolutely love coming here. ❤️. Yall our a tradition for us ans have never let us down.
Dockside Seafood House Restaurant offers great service and excellent food in a terrific atmosphere. The restaurant's sprawling trees and spacious indoor decor with large views overlooking the boat dock provide a pleasant dining experience. While some dishes may be disappointing, other options like the Calabash-style popcorn shrimp and fried clam strips are very tasty and filling.
The restaurant has delicious food, including calabash seafood platters, hush puppies, and a variety of seafood meals. Customers have enjoyed the shrimp scampi, which was very good. The service is great, and the views of the water are stunning. The restaurant has ample seating, even on busy Saturday evenings, and the iced tea and fries are highly praised.
