They usually know off hand which flavors are celiac friendly, and if they don't, they're quick to check their list, and NEVER make me feel like "one of those gluten free people" . “Came in last minute, visiting Asheville, my girlfriend, and myself nique was very helpful. Respectful showed great customer service and their ice cream was some of the best I’ve had although it was 959 and closed at 10 she let us enjoy our ice cream peacefully. Definitely a 12 out of 10. “Every time I go into Crumbl cookie they are getting down in there. They have nobody working in the cash register they have to stop mixing the cookie dough to service It’s clients. That calls for hard-working bakers, determined and loyal to the company.“

“Took the kids today and it was delish of course, but George behind the counter was consistently going above and beyond for all of the customers…and most especially my 4 year old daughter who thought he was the funniest guy she’d ever seen. Wonderful experience!“

“I went there today 1/22/24 and I got served with a big smile! I came in last minute and they still served me happily! It was just two girls (one brown girl with a nice smile and a white girl with a long ponytail, both gorgeous) I had a rough day and wanted some delicious ice cream and they showed me the best customer service I’ve ever received. Coldstone, give these two girls a raise!!! Thank you for serving me and making my night fantastic! ?? ?“
