“We made our first visit this week. We come to Swansboro once or twice a year to see family. In short - we will be back. The pizza is outstanding; you can’t beat that crispiness and char. I ordered Domino’s Delivery for dinner tonight and had to wait 56 minutes (Pizza places were BUSY tonight) for our pizza, salads, and breadsticks to arrive. It never showed although the app said it had been delivered. I called the restaurant and they were awesome 🤩 They not only resent my order within 20 minutes, but they fully refunded my $$$ and gave me a free pizza for my next visit!! Other restaurants can take notes 📝 📝📝 It’s not the fact that you can’t mess up, but you own your mistake and you make it right with the customer to put them in a better place😊😊😊“
