“Komana means Ohana. in honor of Lilo and stitch coming out but it's true. all the staff is AMAZING!“
“We love this place because it’s beautiful. The kids play at the nest and we can walk over to the Bark Bar to get a beverage. They had really revived the downtown Cary area to be a magical place for everyone. There are lots of nonalcoholic beverages also available.“
“Awesome place to go and great selection of beer!“

“Great service but more importantly, the food is really good. Not the "from frozen" bar food that every other place has. Good job Parkway Tavern!“
“Cute place with a lot of drinks to choose from-beer and wine. I went to meet friends and the staff was great. They didn’t mind that I just drank water at a “bottle shop”.
They usually have a food truck, which I hear they always have good food trucks. Next to a phenomenal pretzel place.
Worth the experience for sure!“

“Carrie was so sweet to me while I’m traveling to a wedding with my friends. I’m from the south but I live in New York City and she made me feel like I’m coming home. She’s kind and cute and generous five stars all around. she recommended the brisket and it was delicious. Slice of home.“
“My husband saw that they were carrying the Forgotten Road brewing beers here, which are all deglutenized in the cans, so we had to check it out.
We both love Forgotten Road beers, but it's a haul to get out there to grab some stuff, so this was a great surprise. Not only did they have a ton of their gluten reduced beer varieties, but they had one from. Haw River that I had last year that's also gluten reduced (that one is listed in really fine print on the back, but I knew about it because we spoke with the brewer when we were out there last year about it).
If you are on the hunt for gluten reduced beer options, this is definitely the local spot to hit up! One of the guys working there, Max, said they could even get what we wanted straight from the distributor if they don't have what we want, which was awesome to hear.
My husband, who is not gluten free, really enjoyed all of their other beer options for him and was impressed by the diversity of other local smaller breweries.
This is definitely a spot to check out!“
“Have been wanting to try this little spot! Cool spot inside & out back patio area. Drinks were good! Great customer service too! Definitely will be back soon!“

“One of my favorite places in town. Ben’s stalwart Gussie’s manages to tick so many seemingly disconnected boxes - great bar, with inventive cocktails. But a comfort food local place. Or maybe a beer geek temple - for those who know good breweries that aren’t trendy but were solid 20 years ago and still frigging are. Someone knows. Yeah Budweiser maybe could be upscaled a little but someone knows Lawson’s and 3 Floyd’s and even tonight’s surprise of Festina Peche from Dogfish Head that’s been awesome for what, 25 years? They regularly find things that I’ve not seen on tap in ages. The food - non beef eaters might need a minute but there’s choices there but the smash burgers are a work of art. Cocktails are inventive and excellent and the staff is awesome. A quibble - it’s a loud room so maybe the music could be a smidge lower so people don’t shout over it and it just gets very loud. But that’s a quibble. It’s comfy, it’s familiar, it’s good. Come here. Except when I want to come here because I want a seat at the bar, ok?“
“Great place to find excellent craft beers at reasonable prices. Dog friendly and very cool crowd.“
“I genuinely enjoy the experience that I had here. Our bartender was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I also asked him quite a few questions regarding the beer that they sell and he gave me a lot of information and from that I was able to make a good selection to take home. I would certainly come here and I will definitely bring some friends. We sat inside and didn't venture out too much but I did see a couple people bring their children in and I read there are quite a few things for children to do.“

“This is one of the coziest scenes I have experienced here in North Carolina. I've lived here for aomost 5 years! The people and the vibe are extremely relaxed. Such a chill place with great beer( I am not a beer drinker bit I really like theirs!!!) They bring in great vendors for a variety of food on Thursdays and the service from the bartender, Gabz is super fun behind the bar. PS... bring your dog and kids! Totally family friendly! Great crowd!!“

“Had a great experience at DAIJOBU! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The hand roll was especially good—fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned rice, and great texture in every bite. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. If you’re a fan of Japanese food and sushi, this is definitely a spot worth checking out. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu!“

“The self pour option is great and flights available. We loved being able to taste even before getting our flights. The options of beer, cider, wine, whiskey, and cocktails are great. The (I presume) owners are friendly and conversational. Lots of space to chill if you want and trivia/music bingo/social options available per their calendar. They’re kid-friendly too. We can’t recommend this place enough.“

“Great burgers, fries, and hotdogs. I can't speak to other menu items because I only ordered a Classic burger, a Mr G. Hotdog, and the crinkle cut fries. All were very good, prepared quickly and the service was excellent. I especially like the crinkle cut fries, they're topped with sea salt and rosemary and were cooked to a crispy, golden doneness that not many places do. To me there's nothing worse than a pale, limp, half-done french fry, these were certainly done right. My only issue with AL's is the price. The burgers are $10.95, that's just for the burger, no sides. The hotdog was $4.95 for a single hotdog. I added fries for $3.95, my total meal with tax and tip came out to $24.47, no drink, no shake. I don't regret going, I'd been wanting to give AL's Burger Shack a try since they opened the Apex location, the food was very good but with these prices, I'm not sure how often I'll be back.“

“🤩 This is now my top 3 favorites around here! Ordered for the first time tonight, but was skeptical due to having it delivered (UberEats). Let me just say, those were the best tasting burgers we've ever had! I ordered a Perfect Burger (m,k,mu,chs), hubs ordered the Cowboy burger (jalapeños added a nice little 'nip' he said), our 10yr old got the Carolina Burger (added fried egg and no slaw) that was impressive! The chili seemed to have a dash of relish in it- amazing! And our 2yr old had the kid's cheese quesadilla. ZERO complaints. My son says he wants this everyday forever. Loaded fries were really crisp & flavorful. I had the onion rings and DAAAAAAAANG they were possibly the best batch of onion rings l've ever had. The pretzel bites were good/average. Nothing very overwhelming compared to the flavors of everything else we had. I loved that they avoid adding the cheese to the fries for delivery orders. Received a considerate amount of Queso and was flavorful & not bland at all. Our to-go delivery was extremely well wrapped & packaged. We will 100% be return customers. Thanks for such a great meal!“

“Ryan gave my friend and I some of the best service I’ve ever had. Super personable and has the best attitude. My friend and I wanted to sit outside but it was kind of cold so he brought us two heaters for both of us. 10/10 would recommend.“
