These birria tacos are delicious, cheesy, and crispy, and I literally drink the consume when I’m done. Be prepared to wait a little while for this perfection but it’s worth it. “I just hosted a small baby shower for my friend here at La Victoria. The staff was very kind to allow me to put small decorations on the table. I asked our waitress Antanella (not sure how to spell) if we could start with water for everyone and (seeing the occasion) she offered to bring us these fancy glass cups that they rarely ever use. I really appreciate her going the extra mile! She was the most patient, kind and helpful. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the food was delicious! Friendly and helpful staff is the cherry on top!

“THIS place has drool inducing amazing birrias. Personally I do not reach for birrias but tried theirs on a whim and we ended up ordering it two days in a row because it was that delicious. The guy running it also was friendly as well! Their ACP was good however must try birrias!“

“The restaurant has been tastefully redecorated - a modern, clean look, with big windows looking out over the pond next door, and a nice outdoor dining area. tasteful, not loud background music. This is definitely NOT a typical tex-mex place. The chef has trained in Mexico, and the dishes are all superbly prepared. We go to Mexico frequently, and the tortilla soup was among the very best we've ever tasted. The mole enchiladas were superbly rich and flavorful. The flan's description is far too modest. They left out the black raspberry, blueberries, mint garnish and orange/brown sugar glaze. Wow! Service was attentive and helpful. Not a fancy place, but a place to return to again, and again. At least 5 stars!“

“Placed a large order here $350+ for Tacos for a Sherwin Williams Lunch and Learn event. We have bought tacos from many different places for this event but Rancho Grande was amazing. They had everything ready seconds before I got there! On top of that they had one of their employees load up the car for me and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. The tacos themselves were excellent and our customers and contractors were THRILLED! One of the best catering orders we’ve done so far all thanks to Taqueria Rancho Grande. If you guys ever need large orders like that, this place can actually fulfill these order! Muchísimas Gracias!!!“

“After my previous positive review, we returned and wanted to update. They are very efficient, but the 2 ladies who work there most of the time are not very friendly and borderline grouchy. It’s a shame because they put a good bowl and burrito together. A friendly smile and hello goes a long way.

This Moe’s is the best in the Apex/Cary area. The staff is very efficient, the portion size is perfect, they actually clean the tables and do so with with soapy water. It’s nice to walk into a Moe’s that’s top notch. Only negative this visit was it was freezing and the music was too loud. Other than that, it was great!“

“I am not sure why they are not 5 out of 5!! Came into the restaurant today and I tell you... these group of young men were nothing less than extraordinary!! I had to wait for my rice however when it was all said and done... the gentleman who took my order end up paying for my food because of the wait!! The managers, the cooks to the cashiers were all super polite And courteous... The way they interacted with all the guest was phenomenal!! There were three young ladies that came into the establishment who had just graduated, and they honored them with free meals, that was such a blessing.You can't ask for better customer service I recommend this Chipotle to the WORLD!!
