“Found this place after our family attended an event nearby and the kids wanted pizza. New York style and it was great! The apps were pretty basic like the Mozzarella sticks but we really enjoyed the pizzas. Service was wonderful and fast(there were 5 adults and 5 kids so it was a little crazy) and they have a decent selection of beers on tap and in the bottle. We'll go back!“

“I was here the other night and it was 3 guys behind the bar and Nicole was doing all the table service and the bar everyone else seemed to just be talking while this girl was busting her butt. They’re was a young girl who gave us our food and we asked her for extra ranch never got it , until Nicole came back and by that time we didn’t need it anymore and I felt bad because we come here alot and see this happening . Next time I am just going to tip her only because it didn’t seem like anyone else was working. When she got off I had to walk up to the bar to get drinks and my check . “Unbelievable customer service! Great experience!We ordered 3 pizzas and they were delivered. Then we get a second order delivered 15 minutes later!

I was confused and apparently one of the drivers took our order on accident and was on the other side of town. Worried that the food would arrive late, the driver called the store to let them know and papa John’s made our order all over!

So now we have 6 pizzas and only paid for 3! I’d like to thank the store and the driver for going above and beyond. We didn’t know there was any error but we appreciate the integrity and customer service!

I called the store and spoke with the manager, Daniel, to let him know how much we appreciated it but honestly we were not aware of any mistakes!

Also if anyone at the Winston Hill Drive store in Cary NC can get me in touch with the gentleman driving the white Mercedes SUV we’d love to give him a tip as well! He drove away before we could do so!!!“

“Ordered online for pick up and they were great at greeting me as I came into the restaurant. Went to wash my hands before picking up and the bathrooms were clean and new soap dispensers and tidy floors. The pizza was fantastic and I recommend this place even if you have to drive out of the way. The staff is nice and they know what they’re doing good team chemistry as well. I ordered the Alfredo base sausage, spinach, mushroom and feta pizza. Will be coming back in a few weeks for sure!“

“Update! A few years ago this place would never got past a two-star with me especially with the long long wait times ! The staff hardly spoke to you. Fast forward manager kita( hope I'm saying name right) she is awesome and is always pleasurable speaking to her keep up the good work with the store. She makes the best personal pans also :)“
