“Really enjoyed Cru! The food is perfect to pair with wine and they offer tons of wine tasting flights! They have larger entrees but we ended up having more fun tasting a bunch of the smaller shareable plates. Also very intrigued to come back and see what the Fondue for Two is all about! The whole experience was fun, the servers were friendly and attentive, and it felt like a high end date night without being overpriced. Perfect Friday night spot!“

I looked around for my friends on the first level and couldn’t find them, then realized, “wait, there’s a downstairs?”. Walking downstairs it opened up to this cozy, eclectic, 70’s vibe lounge - think Mike Brady (The Brady Bunch) had a hidden bourbon/whiskey bar. The whole place pleasantly sucked me in. “Although I have enjoyed all that I tried at this establishment the scones and tea are what love most. They are often extremely busy on the weekends and evenings so the volume can climb however it a historical landmark so that is understandable. This is a tea room although not a traditional tea room so go try it out and enjoy the experience .“

“This is one of the coziest scenes I have experienced here in North Carolina. I've lived here for aomost 5 years! The people and the vibe are extremely relaxed. Such a chill place with great beer( I am not a beer drinker bit I really like theirs!!!) They bring in great vendors for a variety of food on Thursdays and the service from the bartender, Gabz is super fun behind the bar. PS... bring your dog and kids! Totally family friendly! As someone who does not drink alcohol, I LOVE that Bottle Revolution has an EXCELLENT variety of nonalcoholic options for me . I truly appreciate their inclusivity for us non drinkers. “Wow! This was amazing! I’ve been chasing a quiche as good as one I had in Colmar, France years ago and this was it!!! I will dream of this quiche. Cannot recommend enough! Also had the best iced tea I’ve ever had at a restaurant. My husband got the French Toast and said it was amazing as well! The service was great, the restaurant was a great atmosphere and the accommodation for children was nice! We will be back many times!“

“Every single thing about our experience was fabulous! From the moment we entered the restaurant until we left we were treated like honored guests. We were escorted to our seats by a lovely, friendly young woman. Immediately thereafter we were greeted by our server and her assistant. Our water and bread were delivered promptly. Our drinks were brought quickly and once we ordered our appetizers, we had time to decide upon our entrees. Every mouthful was incredibly delicious! Their wine club is an excellent deal and has opened our pallet to new wines and regions we would not have purchased otherwise. If you have the chance, sign up for one of their private events they are phenomenal!“

“The service is friendly and attentive - Mike took good care of us. The menus is limited for tapas BUT the hummus was delicious fresh and the contrast of dark cherries was creative we loved it. The beef kabobs are a favorite though I prefer lamb. I would definitely return and I will wait for the new menu - hopefully there will be more diversity on the small plates ( fish option).“

“I had an awesome time earlier this week celebrating a good friend's 25th birthday here. We had the rooftop reserved (both inside and outside). The supervisor Mac and the bartenders Greyson and Brittany were AWESOME! They helped to set the place for the reservation. They catered to the large volume and drink orders. They even made a desert with candles last minute as we sang "Happy Birthday!" The staff here definitely helped to make the night memorable and fun. I did not personally try the food but friends said that it was great! Service and atmosphere were both 10/10.“

“We decided to pop in Good Day Good Night for an after dinner drink. There were 5 of us. We each ordered 1 drink and one person ordered dessert. Her coffee finally arrived, after she finished her dessert. The rest of us had to wait over 30min for our drink. I ordered a White Russian. It was so iced down, the ice had melted and the drink just watery whatever. Our server just acted like we were bothering him, each time we asked about the status of our drink order. My drink was the only mixed drink. The others were a shot of bourbon, and 3 decafs (the coffee was already made) Next time we want to stop somewhere for an after dinner drink, it won't be here.“
