Ive been here a couple times and it’s mostly a struggle. The workers seem understaffed but also even when they’re not busy, it’s not great. One time there wasn’t a line and the worker told me to use the kiosk to order while they were just sitting on the side. Another time, the espresso maker was down and they couldn’t refund me because I paid on the app, so I ended up paying for a latte I never received. Yup it’s a dunkin in a gas station. Convenient at best, waste of time at worst. I wish there were more people working at a time because there is always one guy just scrambling to take orders, prepare online orders, make food, and work the register??? I think hiring more ppl would both hasten the process of ordering here as well as give that poor guy a break! It would truly elevate the dining experience tenfold.
