I ordered bagels, but I was given the wrong order. There was no one at the counter to help, so it was difficult to get the issue resolved. The customer service was very poor, and the staff was rude and unhelpful. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I hope they improve their customer service and pay more attention to customers’ orders
This place was clean. Excellent customer service that assisted me with an order. Her recommendation was the ice coffee. Carmel, oat milk... There are a list of options to add.
Love the service here. The only thing I would say is to make sure the customer actually wants to use the kiosk.

Dunkin' offers vegetarian options and accommodates dietary restrictions. It is kid-friendly with a skating area. Although the donuts are good, the location inside a gas station is not clean or pleasant. Some customers find the food overpriced and criticize the preparation of bagels.
