“We used to go to Bangkok 54 for lunch weekly, but now that we live near the restaurant, we’ve started getting dinner, usually to go. We just picked up the most complex combination of dishes and everything was so delicious! Good portion sizes, full-flavored and fresh traditional Thai spices, and just the right amount of heat in the spicy dishes. I had forgotten how perfect their Tom Yum soup is (it’s the traditional savory style, not the version tainted by sugar). Highly recommend this restaurant and the friendly staff/owners.“
“I had ordered their fried tofu starter, a medium massaman curry with tofu and their Thai Tea. I liked their tea as it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet and it had a nice flavor to it. Their massaman curry was very good and everything in it was well cooked. The service was a little slower as it took 15-20 min to get our check and the restaurant did not seem crowded. Our waitress was very friendly. I would come back again.Vegetarian options: There were a few vegetarian options on all spots on the menu, and you could add veggies or tofu without an additional charge for most items. The food was good and I would recommend to vegetarians.“
“This place surprised me , the value and cost for the food quality was incredible , very fresh sushi as it has to be , plus my server Gizel was kind and patient everything she recommended was wounderful. I highly recommend this place for sushi “
“This is the first time I've been to Siamzap and ordered take out. I got a beef pho and the spring rolls. The spring rolls were ok. The ingredients were fresh but the chicken was dry. The peanut sauce was ok. The beef pho though was quite good. The regular size was decent and the broth was really delicious. This isn't a bad spot for pho especially for Chapel Hill.“
“Food was great and fresh. Quick service and all the servers were very attentive and kind. Ordered spring rolls and the chicken wings, the sauce was very flavorful and yummy, chicken was cooked to crispy perfection. Loved the pho too, good amount for the price. Also the Thai iced coffee was very unique in flavor sweet but not too sweet. Lastly the roti for desert was so good, crunchy and sweet. Definitely a good place to eat, huge menu, and if you are adventurous to explore different flavors“
“OMG! Just moved here from NM and really needed to find a good Thai restaurant and we found it!Some of the best, perfectly attentive servers, all of our dishes were 10/10 and super fresh! Our 2 year old loved the chicken satay and French fries! Not to mention the prices were outstanding for the amount of food AND quality of food that we got. We’ll be returning:)“
“I have been dining at Thai Station since its inception, and consistently, both the cuisine and service have been exceptional. Throughout my experiences, I have encountered no issues whatsoever. For those seeking authentic and delicious cuisine, I wholeheartedly recommend Thai Station.“
“All I can say is if you have not yet tried Bua Thai Durham, just stop everything and go. Now. They have real Lao sticky rice, which is a wonder in itself. Any shape you want to shape it, it will hold. And the taste!!! This was my first time here, and I ordered the marinated chicken and papaya salad. The layers of flavor, sweet, sour, spicy, salty, all come together masterfully.I cannot wait to return.Best restaurant in Durham.“
“I ordered takeout dinner, it was ready within fifteen minutes after ordering. I had the Mongolian Beef with white rice. It was very flavorful and prefer amount. I also ordered a pork egg roll, and must say it was one of the best egg rolls I’ve had in a long time. I was greeted upon entering and lady was very friendly and thanked me for coming in. I would definitely go back there and eat in or takeout. I would recommend to friends and family.“
“This restaurant is soo delicious! I love their Thai fried rice with tofu and all of their soups are just lovely. I really enjoyed the flavor and portion size of the meal that I got for takeout for dinner. It was filling and flavorful without being too heavy on the stomach. The service is excellent also, all of the staff are so friendly. I loved it here!“
“Highly Recommended!!!!Super Helpful from the owner “P’Kade”.I need to thank her for all her assistance. We had a party at the company for 20 persons, and i just called her, and she did all the best out of her for recommendations and arrangements. The food was very tasty and well prepared. We got chicken volcanos, Pad Thai, Basil fried rice and Panang (red curry). And this restaurant has a vegan options, Will be back again!“
“This resturant looks like nothing on the outside or the inside. However you will quickly realize why this restaurant is full of Asians from all over. When you enter the restaurant you see a glass box in which a man makes noodles from scratch. It's quite a sight while we wait for our table. All noodles in this restaurant are hand made and you realize that difference as soon as you eat them. This is the most authentic Chinese food you can find in the area. Its absolutely delicious. The atmosphere gets a 3 because the place is a little dingy looking and nothing good to look at. This is not a place for you to take Instagram pictures in. But the food is amazing.“
