There was a bone in my buffalo chicken sandwich
Please consider this is a bring-your own condiments Arby’s. The woman who took the order was nice and efficient, the one who delivered the order not so much. When asked for any mustard, the lady did not say a word but only shook her head. I do feel for the general manager Terry since that bell won’t ring anytime soon.

Drive thru, very nice young lady on intercom yet the personnel at the window was awful. Do we not get the logic of milkshakes should be made when the food is getting packaged up. Not sitting and sitting while waiting for food is being prepared. Not o mention you don't even acknowledge the customer at the window while this is going on. Fyi, the milkshakes were made during the time the customer ahead of us was waiting. Poor customer service or this the way you like your food served...read full review
