I ordered the chicken miso the 1st time I came here and I kid you not it was half soggy skin & half chicken (which was meh).
The 2nd time I visited the establishment I ordered w/o the skin, to which they fulfilled.
Yesterday I came to the establishment they lied to me, saying they couldn’t remove the skin b/c it was “cooked” in the ramen (they use the same broth for the vegan tofu miso plus the broth and toppings are made & packaged separately). Only good thing...read full review
On Sunday, I came to this restaurant and I ordered the Roman bowl. I received my Roman and my broth and two separate containers when I got to my car I noticed that the bag was leaking when I reached in to pull the broth out the bag the lid was not sealed properly the lid on in the broth, it wasted on my legs it was in my private area, I have been trying to contact the owner through email and and on the phone I haven’t received a callback or email.
