Food took a very long time and the waitress was a little stressed therefore she was a little sarcastic and defensive.
I have eaten here several times and each time it gets even better. Food Service is Fantastic

Basil Thai Charlotte is a phenomenal spot for authentic Thai food in the city. The food is excellent and amazing, with specific praise for the Pad Thai, Pad Kee Mao, Pad Woon Sen, Padd See Eu, and Prik King. Dishes like the green curry and basil rolls are also noted. The staff is very kind, helpful, and attentive, providing great and fast service even when the restaurant is completely full. While the ambience isn't anything special and can be a little chilly, the kitchen works quickly. It is a place many recommend over other Thai restaurants and plan to definitely visit again.
