Poor customer service. I ordered a high school graduation cake two weeks ago. Received a voice mail a day before pickup with questions regarding the order. I called and received no answer. Called a second time and the gentlemen said "I don't know nothing bout no cake call back tomorrow when someone can help you." I asked who I was speaking to and they hung up. Called back a third time asked for the persons name and received another rude response.
