Went here during winterfest this year. I had the buffalo Philly and my wife had the regular Philly cheese steak. Both sandwiches were awful. Mine had no, and I mean none, buffalo sauce and tasted like ground chicken covered with a little white American cheese. Bread was stale and was completely unappetizing. Place was crowded and dirty.
Some of the better food options at Carowinds. They def have the best fries, but sometimes their buns are stale, hard and dried out. The Philly chicken out-rates the og steak, but it’s always hit and miss and NEVER consistently fresh which is a bummer when they charge an absurd price.

How can a chicken place be out of chicken?!? They had no chicken and no shrimp in the middle of spring break. The fries were good but not the best in the park. The cheesesteaks had beef and cheese and that’s it! No veggies at all and very bland. For some reason all the staff was grumpy and rude too. They should’ve just kept this place closed and opened the fry place next door.
