Chili's in Charlotte

“The service at this chilis is better than any restaurants in Charlotte. Every time we visit this place we always have great experience. It must be the great management. All the servers we have had were awesome. Never disappointed us. We cannot go to any other chili's. It's not the same.“

“For the most part really good consistent food, I always order triple dippers to go. Outside of them giving me the wrong dipping sauces at times, my order has always been correct, sometimes there's a younger male doing the to go orders and he's hardly ever around, usually another employee has to go get him to let him know there's someone in line, he's on his phone a lot and sometimes my order is ready but he never look, just staying on his phone, but the other service people I had experience with are really good“

“My friend is getting married after trying on dresses we decided to dine in at the Chili’s and I’m soooo glad we did !!! Our server was name Jayla when I say EXCEPTIONAL!!! We don’t have enough words to describe how simply GREAT she is with a beautiful smile ! Her personality was everything she should truly be rewarded for her hard work ! The manager Terrelle we was told he was in training but we couldn’t tell his service was beyond GREAT ! We loved his energy !!! Another manager came out by the name of Money Very professional smart and well mannered ! The bartender Kyana again simply the BEST!!! we loved her and our drinks !!! The world’s best bartender !!! And the manager B who runs the place who took time out his day to come greet us before leaving he told my friend congrats on getting married and gifted her a free dessert it says soooo much about his character we really appreciated him for doing that !!! Food was also great ! We will definitely be back and we recommend anyone to visit we was so appreciative of our service and the staff !!!!!“

“The food is always good l, hot & ready at this location and the service is even better. I want to take the time to give a HUGE KUDOs to a young man I met & introduced Myself & Hubby to a Busser named Troy. I observed him wiping down tables to get them guest-ready for the next customer. I am sure Bussers are grossly overlooked and underpaid. But it is RARE to see a Young African American Male feverishly working & thoroughly cleaning as if he is about to dine and without an Attitude...but with a Smile!! I just wanted to give him a quick shout out as he is an integral part of this location running clean and creating conducive environment to eat and enjoy. Thank you young man!
