Under new management and you can tell the difference. The packs are actually made daily now and you can tell. The line gets long on weekends and they get really really busy so just prepare for that! I also recommend ordering online with the app for pickup so you can skip that line! But the staff is super friendly and they all work as swiftly as possible! Jessica is rude and was doing 2 things at once. There was a cashier there and was suppose to take orders. He was just standing there. Had download the cinnabon app told me all coupons cant be use again for 4 hrs and since the app is new this location is not participating. But I spoke with robert the SM he will take care of me next time i'm in

I originally wrote a very bad review and posted it.However I am reacting it the manager is absolutely awesome. She is a very hard worker. I watched her making the delicious pretzels as well the cinnabuns.. She had two very nice young men working with her. My hat goes off to her work ethics. .It not easy being a a manager.
