It's a restaurant in a hotel which I know is kind of off-putting for some people, but their food is genuinely fantastic. I'm bummed out they no longer have oxtail starting right when I got here, but the steak and the salmon were both fantastic and well executed in flavor and presentation. If you're finding this place on Google, and you might pass on it because it's in a hotel, just give it a shot. The service is a little slow, but I genuinely enjoy the food.
Love the food! It’s also a fantastic way to use the American Express Hilton Hotel credits. Both physical cards and mobile payments work seamlessly. We didn’t stay at this hotel—we just came to the restaurant for meals—and my husband and I had no issues getting reimbursed by Amex.

Chef Greg....ANOTHER ONE! My husband and I are always going to support anywhere Greg Collier is cooking. I was elated to discover he was Exec Chef here.
