We had an excellent meal- seas bass was fantastic, rib eye with porcini rub was so good and tender, I had one of the best NE clam chowders I have had in a long while and the sides were great as well. “Revising the review to 4 star after our lunch yesterday. The place still lacks a vegetarian lunch plate, but my wife made one up with rice, frijoles, tostones and maduro. Our suggestion for veggie lunch plate was accepted, but we will have to see next time. All other choices of chicken and seafood are certainly quite good.

Reading the reviews as a great Columbian place, my wife and I were here today for lunch. Place was packed, we were seated promptly. Great drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic.
But the food menu hardly has any vegetarian choices. My wife is usually a vegetarian. With nothing vegetarian to choose, she thought she would try fish. She got a whole fried fish! It was an adventure for her.

My fish dish was ok.
Platanos could have used a little more salt. Maduros were smothered with cheese. I don't know anything about Columbian food, but we have had a lot of latin American food. We have traveled to Mexico and Costa Rica many times. But these maduros and platanos seemed quite different.“

“Always great service. Love that it's quieter than most restaurants so you can listen and talk to each other. Food was excellent - though we don't eat any of their traditional southern food. We had quinoa bowls which were delicious!“

“Dinner at The Cowfish is always a win. We’ve visited the Orlando location dozens of times, but tonight bisited the Charlotte location since we were in town. Faith, our server, recommended the Togarashi shrimp, and it was phenomenal. Mel, the manager, came out and spoke to us about our visits to Orlando, made some more recommendations, and made sure we were well set for the evening. We had the Buffalo chicken sandwich and Texas chili cheeseburger, both were absolutely excellent. The Cowfish is a must stop in Charlotte or Orlando!“

“5/5 Stars – Delicious Vegan Food! I stopped at Enat Ethiopian Restaurant while passing through Charlotte and picked up a vegan platter to go — and it was incredible! Every item was flavorful and satisfying, and the injera was so good I could eat it every day. The staff was friendly and welcoming, even for a quick carry-out order. “The Best Crepe in Charlotte! I have been coming to Crepe Bistro for almost 5 years now. It has become my daughter and I favorite spot for our Sunday morning father/daughter time. She always orders her "usual" nutella crepe with chocolate ice cream. Even when we call to order for pick up, she asks for the "usual" and the super friendly staff knows what that is❤️. This wonderful place will be part of our memories through our whole life. She was about 10 when they opened, and now at 15 she is driving me to Crepe Bistro (permit driving practice). The rest of the family has tried the Elvis Presley, Strawberry cheesecake, Belgian waffle, and we love them. Kind staff, and great food for the whole family. Simply the Best Crepe in Charlotte.“

“Boy, I've never left a bad review before, but this was really bad. We got it to go, we were there so we know it should've been hot as they handed it directly to us. The white rice was undercooked, making it chewy, to the point you had to spit it out, and while my honey chicken tasted really good it was barely warm. And my wife's Sesame chicken she actually tossed out after a couple bites. The dumplings were good though. But they completely lost our business“

“This is my second visit and it doesn't disappoint again. The first time in Jan was so good, we have been trying to get back ever since. Finally did. Food was superb. It came out quickly and hot. Enduring was delicious and service was top notch!! The panko crusted salmon is a must. Will be back.“

“I didn’t want to say I don’t recommend… however I don’t think I will be going back. Very nice vibe, the stuff was accommodating. My problem comes in about my order. They had to remake it and it still wasn’t correct. I cannot understand how you mess up twice on a salad. I felt the energy change the second time around. Even though they were polite it felt forced. They read it back both times and failed both times. For 65 dollars for 3 salads it should’ve been done correctly. I’ve had better experiences for cheaper and I’m a foodie!“

“The chocolate cake may be the best thing I've ever eaten. If it fell on the floor after I bought it, I'd eat it Chandler and Rachel style off the floor. The macarons are very fluffy and delicious too. I was not a fan of the smores bar though. It was too hard and heavy.“

“Great location. Plenty of places around to go. There was a 20min wait when we went around 12:30pm on a Sunday. The stuffed French toast was very good! The grits were just ok. They have queso in them and are a little too thin. I like thicker grits. Bacon was cooked very well. Biscuits were really good. My boyfriend said the gravy was good as well. It was crowded inside and a smaller place“

“Great food, great service, but if you’re a larger party and are seated in the enclosed patio area, take heed that it will be extremely uncomfortable with the summer heat. They only have a couple of small portable fans that are absolutely inadequate for the total space, and the ceiling fans (supposedly set to the incorrect direction) didn’t help much. Even the dining room wasn’t much better. I know it’s been hot, but if the customer is uncomfortable I can only imagine the staff.“

“I purchased a number of food items from Beverlys Gourmet Foods that included a breakfast casserole and soups. I haven't tried the soups yet, but the breakfast casserole was delicious!! The casserole was perfectly blended with lots of flavor. Omg y'all its so good! I am so happy I stopped at the Matthews Farmer's market this morning.“
