Absolutely exhausted and slightly concussed but when I say this sushi was superb, I mean it. The server was so sweet and was able to put our food order in right as she was leaving and stayed to get it to us. The ingredients tasted fresh (yes, including the rice).
I know everyone has their personal opinion about airport sushi, but this may be the best sushi I’ve ever had at an airport. It may even supersede some other sushi joints in the city. I opted to dine in because there’s most variety. No regrets with this sunset roll !

I think you should manage expectations before ordering shashimi in an airport. That said. This southern comfort roll is pretty fire. I live in LA where the sushi is amazing and this is pretty good. I also got the miso soup and it was a very large portion. The drinks are very good as well. When you've been on the road all week for work it's a nice place to stop and get a bite while you work. :)
