“Our waitress Elena V was amazing. She was yelled at & disrespected by unsatisfied customers for no reason, while also insisting on giving us the best service. She forgot straws, when we told her she immediately got them. I received lemon with my sweet tea, after I told her I wanted it without lemon she was on it & got me another. She was very sweet. Everytime she came to the table she said “excuse me” so she didn’t interrupt our conversations. Actively checked on us throughout. The manager was amazing as well handling the situation. (I didn’t catch his name but he was working today around 2pm). If I have the ability to request her again, I will. Everytime i visit this location I have great service.“
“Our server, Kyle H. Was very attentive and very helpful and had a great attitude. The food was amazing. It was hot and fresh and delicious and the management was super friendly and very kind. This is definitely a place I Recommend to anyone who wants a yummy meal for breakfast with their family. I think I just found my new favorite IHOP!🙂“
“I REALLY wish I could remember our servers name because he was AMAZING! So attentive to our party of 6 and not one complaint. The only comment I have is about the wait. Granted, it was a Sunday around 11, the Panther's were playing a home game and the after church crowd was hungry but it seems this IHOP is ALWAYS crowded and always has a 20 minute wait with no adequate seating while waiting or parking - usually have to park across the street. Otherwise, good.“
“breiny was great! she was the only hostess/server on shift, and she was able to seat and serve many tables in the time i was there alone. props to the single chef on shift as well, they worked just as hard and the food came out fairly quick given the circumstance.“
“As an avid chaser of value, I often find myself stopping at IHOP during my travels. Now that the value meals are a printed part of the menu and not just a sticker on menu, I often gravitate to one or two of them for a good meal. This time I opted for my old favorite the big steak omelette. We could tell the sever was new and trying to find comfort in her position, her service wes good. The food came out quickly and correct. All in all a great experience.“
