“I love me some I hop! My favorite is the original pancakes! This is a good location in the university area. Nice and tucked away on the corner! Service was great. The place was very clean and welcoming. There is nothing like having a clean rest room when you go out! Thanks for keeping it clean.“

“As an avid chaser of value, I often find myself stopping at IHOP during my travels. Now that the value meals are a printed part of the menu and not just a sticker on menu, I often gravitate to one or two of them for a good meal. This time I opted for my old favorite the big steak omelette. We could tell the sever was new and trying to find comfort in her position, her service wes good. The food came out quickly and correct. All in all a great experience.“

“The reason I gave this score is because of Carmen, the manager. The experience started very negative by not having a server greet us. Carmen stepped in and exemplified what service should be. She made sure our order was taken, my little got a great meal and stayed on top of the experience the entire time! I want to highly recommend this location because Carmen understands what it takes to create a true customer experience!“

“This was my first time going to this particular IHOP. I normally go to the one closer to the University area. I have passed this location several times during the week and I never stopped because I never see any cars there being perfectly honest. I thought that perhaps the service wasn't good or maybe the food wasn't that great because I never saw anyone there. I happened to pass by one Saturday and it was packed, that made me go ahead and give it a chance last week. I was greeted by a wonderful young man named Caleb. When I explained to Caleb why I'd never stopped there he was a wealth of knowledge knowing about where the store ranked as far as sales knowing about the crowds, when a crowd would be there and when they wouldn't. He was very knowledgeable about the menu you name it he was just an all-around wonderful service person. I also saw the ladies room while I was there. It was so nice and clean and smelled wonderful. I am a person that will not eat at a restaurant or patronize a place if they have nasty bathrooms. I don't care how much they may have everything else right A nasty bathroom kills the deal for me. Upon receiving my food I was a little disappointed at the size of my pancakes and then I realized that the pancakes were made standard size because Caleb let me know that was the standard size of the pancake now. I'm not ashamed to share my age, I am 54 years young and the size of pancakes at IHOP have changed drastically since I was a young girl. IHOP make those pancakes to fit that plate again like you did in the good old days LOL. The food was absolutely delicious. The manager on duty that day, I can't remember how to spell her name so I don't want to misspelled it but she was absolutely awesome they were both her and Caleb extremely accommodating. I'm so happy to have found this secret right here in the Whitehall Shopping Center. I'm not sure what plans IHOP has for Caleb but he should absolutely be a trainer in my opinion. Product knowledge customer service and good old fashioned manners are very hard to come by in 2026. Kudos to IHOP for hiring such an awesome employee like Caleb. I hope he is recognized as an asset to the company. I look forward to my next visit. #JesusChristisLord“
