“Nothing but Noodles is my go-to spot every time I visit Charlotte—I never miss a chance to eat here! The food is consistently delicious, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is always welcoming.

On my latest visit, I had the tomato bisque soup and pomodoro pasta, and as always, they did not disappoint. The tomato bisque was rich, creamy, and full of comforting flavor, while the pomodoro pasta was light, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Every bite reminded me why I keep coming back!

“The food is absolutely delicious. I get the same thing every time i come here, Abura Soba. My only complaint is that all the cooks use their bare hands and grab the food they are preparing with their friends. They should be using gloves to handle food. I thought that was mandatory!

“the place is cool and very chill. Unlike other pho stores it is not humid in there at all, the food is really good and a little bit cheaper than other pho stores, proportions are big too surprisingly. Customer services is good as well, they don’t get mad when you don’t tip them unlike other food stores, other pho stores tip themselves but this one doesn’t, the only downside is parking is kinda limited“

“Great place for a quick bite and their boba tea variety is extensive! My 17 month old approves of the knife cut noodles. The boba tea and service was 10/10. We’ll be back again soon!“

First of all, they have a vegan menu. We ordered 4 different dishes and each and every one of those was SO DAMN TASTY! 😍🤤 The flavors the spice omg !! And the waitresses were so sweet and helpful with the ordering. Very quick service. Great portions.“
