Oh My Soul On The Moo’ve Reviews
Great spot Uptown for a quick and delicious vegan meal and treats. Bright and airy space with a good vibe and friendly service.
So happy I stopped in. The grab and go section was well stocked. Beautiful indoor and outdoor dining area. The retail area has a variety of unique snack options like Bloody Mary chips, stroop waffles, and jerkies. I was hesitant at first for grab and go but my wrap was fresh.
They also have 2 dessert cases. The pastries are huge.

Such a great sister store to Oh My Soul. The location is so convenient in uptown. The wraps and pasta salads really hit the spot for a quick lunch!

Oh My Soul On The Moo’ve is a fully vegan restaurant in Charlotte, with a sister location in Noda. The restaurant is run by a group of folks from South Africa, who are noted as being very nice. The establishment offers indoor and outdoor seating, with the outdoor area highlighted as great and featuring a stage for live music. The space is described as cozy and quiet with interesting decorations.
The menu is extensive, with very large portions. Specific recommended items include anything with the house-made sausage, the Mama Africa Bowl, the Makhulu board, wings, the Wakka Wakka, a burger, the S.A. Spicy Macaroni Salad, and the Banana Bread, which reminded one guest of french toast. The cauliflower bowl with added protein was a favorite, and the onion rings were called great. Breakfast items are also available. Some food, like the Howzit Boet Wrap, is not made-to-order but taken from a prepared section and heated upon request. Desserts include a blondie, which one reviewer found stale and hard. Drinks include mixed drinks described as fantastic, a peach drink noted as not very flavorful, and a decent banana bread latte that lacked expected banana flavour.
Service is consistently praised as bar none, wonderful, kind, welcoming, attentive, and great, with staff regularly checking on guests. Pricing is viewed as on the higher side. A minor challenge is that some menu items are sometimes unavailable. The restaurant is highly recommended for vegans and non-vegans alike, deemed a must-try and a 5 out of 5 all-around establishment.
