I had the fried fish, and what can I say? This restaurant is truly amazing, with great flavors. I would recommend to anything looking for some authentic Latin cuisine. They will for sure see me again!

Chick-O-Rico serves authentic Peruvian and Colombian cuisine, offering dishes like whole chicken, tostones, yuca frita, and Papa a la huancaína. This clean and comfortable restaurant provides excellent service, exceptional food packed with flavor, and a personable atmosphere. The perfectly juicy rotisserie chicken is a very traditional Colombian flavor and the chaufa rice tastes just like Peru. The green tallarines and the Colombian picada are amazing. The restaurant has a bar with phenomenal margaritas, including the passion fruit margarita. While the food is remarkable, the service can sometimes be a bit off. Still, it remains a top choice for Colombian food in Charlotte.
