I’m writing this review in hopes of helping others have a better experience. I was there recently, and the manager on the evening shift was being a total jerk. Not only did he take a long time to assist me, but while he was helping me, he continued to have a bad attitude and acted like he didn’t want to help me or my family. Ms. Renee was the bomb dot COM!!! She was Super patient and understanding. Having a rough night is sugar coating it. Nevertheless, she was a model definition of the BACKBONE of America. I was... Am privileged and honored she gave us an unforgettable experience. We'll be back and hungry for more.
We went through the drive through and the store manager, Renee was very sweet. She was kind and honestly the best customer service I have had at a Wendy's!
