Generally the food is very good, however every single time I've come in, at least one person on the wait staff is just wildly rude. Very recently, some guy at the cash register just started trying to intimidate me unprovoked by staring me down while I was eating lol. I mean literally crossing his arms and raising his chin at me unblinking from across the room. It's ridiculous. In the past another guy on the front end pretty much rolled his eyes at me for picking up food...
I was there for dinner. I had the prettiest girl I had ever seen in my life take care of my table... service was excellent food was really good and the mango margaritas were on point. Without a doubt, my favorite restaurant in all Charlotte. Thank you, Carolina we be coming back soon.
The manager was absolutely AMAZING!! He was extremely accommodating and the staff was kind and courteous. In addition to receiving stellar customer service, the food was very fresh, very flavorful and tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for authentic Mexican cuisine.
