“I have been told that this is the spot to visit for some good breakfast. I am glad I took the advice and stoped here with my family on the way home from TN. It was the butt crack of dawn and the sun was just coming up when we pulled into the parking lot. We were greeted by an amazing waitress by the name
Oh Shelia. She was sassy, made us laugh, and was super attentive to us and our request. The food was delicious, fair priced, and came out fast. All round a great experience! We will definitely be back next time we are in the mountains!“

“Amanda was our server and she was definitely the highlight of the meal. She was very attentive and professional. I had the Ruth's Classics....6 oz ribeye with shrimp. My steak was a little overdone and really didn't have the ribeye flavor I love. The shrimp was ok (I really hate when restaurants leave the tails on}. I was disappointed that I had to pay $5 to sub out mashed potatoes for a baked one, especially when I saw how generous the portion of the mashed was. Should have been an even swap. They did treat me well, as it was a birthday celebration....and the cheesecake was delicious!“

“I woke up this morning craving a homestyle breakfast… The only issue is I am staying at Harrah’s Cherokee for the weekend. I remembered hearing about the Selu Garden Cafe and decided to give it a try.

The atmosphere is open and airy, it is well lit, and even as the restaurant fills up, noise is not an issue.

The service is on point… From the greeters to the servers, and even the cleanup people, everyone is smiling and seems to really enjoy the work they’re doing.

The menu is not so extensive, in fact it is a single page and clearly explains each dish… I opted for the buffet and I am glad that I made that choice. You can get eggs made to order, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, and pastries.

For anyone who gambles and has a weird sleeping schedule, you know the importance of having good food and an excellent cup of coffee. This restaurant will help you get that morning energy with a happy tummy!“

“The food was delicious. The service was for the most part good, but some of our order was missing. After waiting for her to come back I finally had to get up and hunt down our server, who was standing behind a partition talking with other employees. But she was apologetic and brought out the rest of our order very quickly. The food is a bit pricey but you get plenty of it. I loved the mozzarella cheese sticks, grilled chicken sandwich, and sweet potato fries. I ordered way too much, but it was just as good reheated the next day. We’ll be back.“

“We went to the Battersea Power Station branch on a Wednesday evening and were pretty excited as it was our first time at this (or any other) Gordon Ramsey restaurant. We liked the concept and atmosphere and the pizza was worth the money. However, the service let the whole thing down - huge waits for drinks, a dessert and our bill (despite polite reminders). When we then said we were unhappy to pay the 15% service charge automatically added to the bill as a result of these issues, it took 3 tries and 2 people for them to charge us the right amount! We ended up the only table left, very tired and keen to leave, but still trying to pay the right amount.“

“We stopped in for a quick dinner and we were not disappointed. The food market was a little overwhelming at first, but we quickly found our bearings. We decided on sushi, but there were many promising options available to tempt your palette.
The presentation was excellent and the food was out of this world. I would highly recommend the shrimp tempura and the fried crab cake roll. The prices are a little high, as expected in a casino, but the portions are decent and make it worth you buck.
We will definitely be going back to try the rest of the cuisine.“

“We had a great experience at Guy’s restaurant! The place was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly and our food was fresh and delicious. Portions were big. The bacon Mac and cheese burger was delicious! The burger hung way off the bun and the onion straws were a nice addition. It was my birthday, so I indulged in the cheesecake. Dude! They gave me a whole half!!! of cheesecake that came with potato chips and pretzels on it, drizzled with chocolate syrup. Potato chips were a bit odd, but the pretzels were awesome on it! ?❤️ Our waiter was very kind, the bus boy was very busy cleaning up after people and when we finished, he immediately came over and offered to take our plates. It was a wonderful meal and we will be back our trip up!“

“We ate dinner there on a Monday, 9/25/23 while on our 50th anniversary vacation. We chose the outdoor seating. My wife got the vegetarian tacos with a side of sweet potato tots. I got the fried shrimp tacos with a chef’s side of maple balsamic glazed Brussels sprouts. The food was fantastic and a big thanks to our server, Eliza C., who was super! “Fonda Cactus is the best authentic Mexican food in the area. I always get their Quesabirrias because they are just so delicious! The owners are very nice, caring people. This is an all-around fabulous place to eat.“

“Stopped by Mountain Layers Brewing and really liked the space. They have a big beer selection and a lot of seating upstairs, which is nice if it’s busy. Part of the outdoor area is heated and partially enclosed, so it’s comfortable even when it’s cooler out. I had one of their hazy IPAs (I think it was called Isolated Mind) and it was really good. Overall a great spot to hang out and enjoy a beer.“

“Excellent food, reasonable prices, large portions, very good service. We went to El Patron on a busy Friday night. We had to wait about 10 minutes for a table, which was very reasonable for a busy Friday. We were greeted promptly, received our drink order quickly, and our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Our food arrived hot and was exactly how we ordered it. One minor complaint was the queso was very runny and would pretty much drip off of the tortilla chips back into the bowl or onto the table. It tasted fine, but was very thin. Overall, a great experience and we'll be back.“

Shout out to the bartender who went above and beyond for both bar patrons and those dining in all in the midst of the holiday chaos. The wings were hands down some of the best I've ever had! Jumbo, juicy, and full of flavor between the cajun garlic and Sriracha bourbon! I can not wait to come back and try other flavors! Last but not least...My 4th was really made by walking into a WNC bar that actually has Fan Duel Sports Network to watch my Braves that night and all season!
