Sara, who took my drive thru window order, was very pleasant, nice and patient with me answering my questions, help direct me to menu selections on the outside menu. She displayed great customer service skills. I told the manager to keep her at the drive thru window too bc she was great! The cashier Makenzie was great to work with too. Great, pleasant experience.“

“We are photographers and tried Johnny's Farmhouse Restaurant after shooting a wedding this evening in Concord. It was an hour before close and our sweet waitress gave us just as much attention as if it was the middle of the day. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. When we received our meals, we were delightfully surprised at the size of the portions. I had the quarter fried chicken and my husband had the maple pork chop. We had squash, roasted baby potatoes, and green beans. We also had cornbread and rolls. Everything was fresh and homemade! We highly recommend Johnny's Farmhouse Restaurant if you are in Concord!“

“The service there was just one person there so I thought until we were about to leave and then the second person showed up. The atmosphere was a truck stop or gas station atmosphere? I mean it wasn't nothing spectacular. It wasn't like a Bucees' but it was okay.

“Again went through drive thru ,again asked for buffalo ranch dipping sauce ,again did not get any ,defeating the purpose of going to drive thru if I still have to go inside ,also watched a free loader walk around to people in parking lot ,I assume asking for money ,,workers bringing out people's orders see's him but does nothing about it ,,maybe give him a job making sure orders are correct“

“The food is gotten to you really quickly. By the time you drive around your food is ready to be picked up. Staff is great, courteous and aim to please.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely kids friendly. I have taken my grandkids to Chick-fil-a's for years. Very satisfied with this chain of restaurants.

“It’s my birthday today, and I take a yearly splurge to KFC (medical reason, or I would go more often) The service at this KFC in Kannapolis is top-notch! The staff is friendly, attentive. Kudos to the entire team! I can’t say enough good things about the service at this restaurant. “Had a great experience this is the 2nd visit to this location. Had a manager Michael Boiling and the gentleman that took my order Tom, I believe he was new come by while cleaning the dining room and ask me if they could get me anything else. At that point I was able out of drink so they gladly took my cup and got me a refill. Also made an effort when I went to take my tray the manager met me 1/2 way and took it for me. Definitely beyond standard service, I would highly recommend this establish and its employees.“
