“First visit tonight and we loved it. We sat at the bar due to the wait time. Our service was great. She stayed on top of everything the entire meal. We had the crab cakes and salmon. 👌Perfect! Their house salad dressing was amazing. Highly recommend. Has been added into our restaurant rotation.“

“Just got back home after a Friday night dinner with the family. I'm from the Philly area so I was a bit skeptical of good pizza/Italian places in the Winston-Salem area. Brick Oven is outstanding. I got the classic stromboli and devoured it. Cooked to perfection. The marinara sauce is popping with flavor and the mooz could stretch a mile. Pizza was on point with a small sized crust and baked perfectly.

This was our second time there and waited to give a review the second time because I wanted to see if the first time was a fluke. It definitely wasn't. Even met the owner who runs a tight working ship with great waitresses and hostesses. Would give 6 stars if I could and I can't wait to go back again.“

Not only do they care so much about the way they produce, age, and bottle their precious product but they also go to great lengths to be sure it’s served exactly as they want for a top notch customer experience. But what really sets this place apart from some of the best breweries is how kind and genuine the owners and employees are. It was well worth the wait. The scone by Elderflower bakery was amazing. The coffee was delicious. The barista answered all my questions. I left with a bag of coffee.“

“I've been here several times and it's always been a good experience. The service is always 10/10 and they have great burgers, sandwiches, and appetizers also. I also like the weekly specials. There are always interesting new dishes to try, from cheeseburger quesadillas to rueben egg rolls. My favorite items here are the Philly cheesesteak and pimento cheese and bacon burger. Definitely worth checking out if you're ever in the area.“

“This location is sometimes, hit or miss. The very first couple of times we visited here the food was cold and the employee was distracted on their phone. However, both times we have returned (after a long break) it’s been very nice. Hot food & attentive employees. The Carmel Apple is my personal favorite. Overall glad they decided to come to Winston.“
