“My daughter can not have gluten so we are extremely limited on the places where she can safely eat. Thankfully Jersey Mikes has gluten free bread so she can continue to eat the subs she has always loved so much. I normally order on the app and just add that it is a gluten allergy and thankfully we haven't had any issues yet (knock on wood). This week the app was down so I went in to order her sub and told Kaylee it was a gluten allergy. The level of commitment and seriousness she took about my daughters allergy almost brought tears to my eyes! She immediately changed her gloves and went to the back and got the supplies to clean the meat slicer and counter. After she was done cleaning everything thoroughly she went to the back and got a new knife to slice the bread and changed her gloves again. She made sure the bread stayed on the paper and never touched the counter even though she had cleaned it very nicely. Kaylee is a genuine treasure! Thank you for making sure my daughter would be safe eating her sub!“

“I just want to commend this location. This is one of the best Subways in my area. They always do an excellent job of making the subs. Last night, in particular, was an exceptional experience. I ordered subs for my family and I online. The subs were ready when the online platform advised they would be. I assume the young lady that gave our subs at pickup was the person who made the subs. She did an exceptional job last night. I was impressed with the efficiency and quality of the subs. We go to this location often. And last night was the best experience of all. I just want to say thank you so much! I have been to many locations through the years. Normally I do not do reviews often for companies. But I feel this location deserves recognition. For the quality of subs. Especially with the service received in this day and age at various places.“
