“My daughter pre-ordered at the Kernersville location. She went to pick up her order and was told they've sold out. The money and her points were taken from her account. I called the Bridford location in error. I got Anthony, the manager on the phone. He was very polite and understanding and offered to make my daughter's order. This is amazing customer service! We won't be going back to the Kernersville location. They need a class in customer service. Niceness and making it right speaks volume.

“ADORABLE sweets shop. My family drives from Winston to go periodically because the ice cream and sweets are amazing. Tons of ice cream flavors, unique pastries, and of course cupcakes. Family friendly and super friendly service.

“I have to come leave a message every time I’m lucky enough to get an item from here! We live about 45 minutes away but my daughter in law works nearby so for all of our birthday she treats us with a cupcake from here. Thankfully my birthday was yesterday so I’m enjoying a delicious birthday cupcake right now! Cupcakes are not an item I ever chose to order or eat HOWEVER, when it comes from here, I can’t resist! Something about the cake/icing flavor combos are unmatched!!!!!! I recommend this place to ANY that is wanting to enjoy a treat, give someone the most perfect gift or buy a bunch to impress the coworkers! You will not go wrong! I can’t say enough! “I recently visited the new Five Guys location and was impressed by its cleanliness and modern look. The restaurant wasn't crowded, making for a pleasant dining experience. While the food was delicious, as always, the prices are a bit on the higher side. Still, a great place for a burger and fries.“

“10 starsssss!! Me and my mom went on a random weekday (she loves it, but it was my first time trying it) and oh em geeee the desserts were so delicious. Soft, buttery, fresh, flavorful, and tasted delicious! You can tell it’s made with love and great ingredients!! The icing wasn’t too heavy or over powerful. The ratio of cake to icing was great. The flavors make it hard to choose!! Thank you Dawn and Chad for helping us! We tried the 1. Tia (iced pound cake, my moms fave) 2. Lemon Velvet (grab it! The flavor was not too strong but enough to get the lemon and super fluffy and delicious, btw I don’t like lemon flavored desserts surprisingly lol) 3. Honey Bun (sooo good! The flavor was amazing! Edges are perfect!) 4. Sugar cookies (we were given a sample, sugar isn’t my fave, but freshly baked, and it was so good we ended up buying more! Freshly baked minutes before purchase!) The service, the staff, the smiles, it was all so friendly and such a great experience! I’m trying to diet so I’ll have to proceed with caution because it’s that good! I’ve already said I’m getting my birthday cake from here! And my mom is a CDL trucker on the road, so the weekends she comes home we’ll now make new memories with The Market! I highly recommend! You’ll love the treats and the staff! So welcoming and professional! Thank you again!“

“Nothing like cutting into your “White Chocolate Raspberry” cake you bought for your mother and drove all the way to PA for a surprise, only to find out it’s Lemon. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ It tasted good (if you like Lemon), but definitely highly disappointed and saddened by the ruined surprise.“

“My sister Charme brought cakes, cookies and fudge covered brownies for my birthday yesterday all the way to Gaffney SC. Everything was absolutely delicious. I think she is trying to get me to come visit her more often because this was literally the best chocolate fudge cake I’ve had since my Grandmother’s. I highly recommend!“

“Nice cakes. Basically a cake place like for birthday parties. But I was very disappointed Because I was hoping that they were going to have A window display of delicious tasting desserts.
But all they have are cakes... I think I got spoiled in miami with the cuban bakeries that have such A delicious variety of cakes and desserts. And so when I went there I was hoping it was gonna be like that. I just picked the cake up for a friend.And I didn't taste the cake... “I would say treats here are hit or miss. We tried several things. The red velvet is definitely not what I would call authentic. It tasted like a cake mix. We loved the vanilla and chocolate boy cookies (like Keebler elves) and oatmeal crème pies.
Service was good.
My biggest complaint is with all of the gnats flying in all of the bakery cases, right around all the goodies. This seems very unsanitary and just not an appealing look as I’m watching them fly all over the bakery cases. I hope they get that problem fixed.
I will give them another chance but if gnats are still everywhere, I might be done.“

“Ordered a 10” Oreo cheesecake for a work event and it was a huge hit. I’ve always loved uncle cheesecake and this was no exception. Everyone asked where this cheesecake was from, it was really delicious and ordering was easy! Thanks Uncle!“

“My daughter and I enjoyed our donuts. We picked them up, to go, on a Sunday morning. We were the only people in there, at the time we went, but it was clear that other patrons had already been in there to snatch up their favorite donut. I had a lemon filled, per usual custom, and my daughter went with an apple fritter. Both were great. Hers would've been even better, had she listened to me, taken it home, microwaved it for 10-15 seconds, before eating it, but she's a teen and already knows the ways of this world completely.
But, service was great, and the treats were great. I hope this place sticks around for a very long time!“

“We had an amazing experience at the downtown Greensboro location! It was our first time in, my friends had taken me out to kick off my birthday week. We all ordered crunch cheesecakes off the suggested menu, but they happened to be out of the apple pie flavor I ordered. The owner, Tanya, came out and gave me her number to call and let her know the next time I was coming and she would fix me a free one since they were out! I have never had someone offer to do this and it was the kindest gesture. My friends and I ended up sitting and talking long enough that the apples were finished cooking and Tanya made me a fresh one to take home! It was a wonderful surprise and so greatly appreciated! I would recommend this amazing shop to anyone and everyone! The atmosphere is so welcoming, it feels like you dropped by a family member’s house for a treat. Please go visit them immediately!“
