“My daughter pre-ordered at the Kernersville location. She went to pick up her order and was told they've sold out. The money and her points were taken from her account. I called the Bridford location in error. I got Anthony, the manager on the phone. He was very polite and understanding and offered to make my daughter's order. This is amazing customer service! We won't be going back to the Kernersville location. They need a class in customer service. Niceness and making it right speaks volume.

“I have to come leave a message every time I’m lucky enough to get an item from here! We live about 45 minutes away but my daughter in law works nearby so for all of our birthday she treats us with a cupcake from here. Thankfully my birthday was yesterday so I’m enjoying a delicious birthday cupcake right now! Cupcakes are not an item I ever chose to order or eat HOWEVER, when it comes from here, I can’t resist! Something about the cake/icing flavor combos are unmatched!!!!!! I recommend this place to ANY that is wanting to enjoy a treat, give someone the most perfect gift or buy a bunch to impress the coworkers! You will not go wrong! I can’t say enough! Oh and to top it off customer service is top notch! 🤣🤣“

“10 starsssss!! Me and my mom went on a random weekday (she loves it, but it was my first time trying it) and oh em geeee the desserts were so delicious. Soft, buttery, fresh, flavorful, and tasted delicious! You can tell it’s made with love and great ingredients!! The icing wasn’t too heavy or over powerful. The ratio of cake to icing was great. The flavors make it hard to choose!! Thank you Dawn and Chad for helping us! We tried the 1. Tia (iced pound cake, my moms fave) 2. Lemon Velvet (grab it! The flavor was not too strong but enough to get the lemon and super fluffy and delicious, btw I don’t like lemon flavored desserts surprisingly lol) 3. Honey Bun (sooo good! The flavor was amazing! Edges are perfect!) 4. Sugar cookies (we were given a sample, sugar isn’t my fave, but freshly baked, and it was so good we ended up buying more! Freshly baked minutes before purchase!) The service, the staff, the smiles, it was all so friendly and such a great experience! I’m trying to diet so I’ll have to proceed with caution because it’s that good! I’ve already said I’m getting my birthday cake from here! And my mom is a CDL trucker on the road, so the weekends she comes home we’ll now make new memories with The Market! I highly recommend! But all they have are cakes... I think I got spoiled in miami with the cuban bakeries that have such A delicious variety of cakes and desserts. “So happy to discover this wonderful bakery on one of our trips to High Point furniture market. The chocolate covered donut with buttercream filling is the literally the best donut I’ve ever had in my life! They’ve been there since 1946!“

“This is the only donut shop in the triad with unpretentious, classic donuts that never go wrong. I never taste bad oil or chemically flavours, only fresh yeasted donuts. I don't like cakey donuts or overly glazed super sweet styles so they have flavors that work well for everyone in my family. Our family fav is always the apple fritter and the classic old fashioned, or even the chocolate glazed. Always a great treat and I will absolutely drive 20 minutes out of my way to get the only donuts worth driving for.“

“Went in one morning to grab a quick coffee and a couple donuts before work. The place was clean and pretty calm, even with a few people ahead of me. The staff was polite and didn’t rush anyone, which I appreciated. I tried a glazed donut and a chocolate one, both were fresh and not overly sweet. Coffee was decent, nothing fancy but it did the job. Prices felt fair for the size and quality. Overall it’s a solid donut shop if you want something simple and reliable without a lot of fuss. I’d go back again when I’m in the area.“
