Burger King in Concord

“UPDATE: Visited the drive through Fri evening. I was greeted by a very pleasant individual in drive through. Service was fast and food was good. I will give them another chance sonit seems they made some changes.visit this location sometimes once a week for inside dining. I have never had a problem. Today unfortunately I had an altercation with the drive through employee. While being yelled at I asked for the manager whom informed me she heard the whole conversation and repeatedly apologized. I felt satisfied with that until I get home to realize the order was wrong. . Some items smashed in bag to add to injury. Then occured to me that once the manager took over ordering , the kid whom now in trouble likely had something to do with the sabotage. So here I am with a wrong order that probably was spit in also. Tons of other places to dine in the area...“

“Night shift worker with the dreads and mask is always super cool and professional. Let me know the order I usually get (me and fiance love the mozzarella sticks) comes in some kind of a meal that makes it cheaper. Told me to save my receipt and order it that way from here on out since we're there every week. Saved me some money and knows I love extra marinara!“

“Better than the bellow standard expectations we get back home. We enjoyed our double cheeseburger, fries, classic wrap, drinks, and Hershey pie. The employees were courteous, and quick.On their wall is a sign that boasts they were finalist for the company’s gold standard award.My reason for four instead of five stars is the atmosphere. They are located in an extremely busy mall. The food court is very noisy, and it’s hard to find seating.“
