“Nice clean store, friendly staff, and a great sandwich. I came in at at slower time of the day, but was immediately eagerly greeted by two nice young men. The first young man, (Jawahn I think he said his name was) asked for my order, then was helped by another team member. After talking with Jawahn for a moment, I found out today was his first day. He was very cordial, rang me up, and then I listen to him help the next guest out perfectly. I was really impressed with this store, and will be sure to come back next time I’m around!“

“The food was great. The employees were alright. They were clearly working really hard! But they kinda ignored me when I asked about my online order. Honestly, if you want to use the app, order about 30 to 45 minutes in advance. Because that's how long it to get our order. It would have been quicker for us to wait in the long line! Most of the time at other Jersey Mike's I've gone to (in Salisbury and Lexington), the app is quicker and the employees don't mind it. But the vibe here was off. Like I said, they were slammed. And our food was good, when we eventually got it. But be prepared to wait a very long time for your order if you use the app.“
