The food was great. Definitely not dispointed
The best location in Charlotte. The staff is always very friendly, efficient, and attentive to customers who dine in as well as take-out. Drive through service is efficient as well.
The staff is amazing but they always forget to double chop my chicken breast lol

Panda Express is a popular fast-food restaurant that offers a range of delicious meals. Despite being busy, the staff provide excellent service, ensuring that customers receive proper portions and attention to detail. The food is made to order and is hot, fresh, and flavorful. Favorites include chow mein, pepper chix, and Kung Pao chicken. Customers appreciate the generous portions for the price, often getting multiple servings from their meals. The restaurant's customer-first ethics are evident in its kind gestures, such as hand-delivering a stuffed panda to a crying baby. Many visitors have praised the staff for their friendliness and attentiveness, with some noting exceptional service from team members like Jeremiah and Elizabeth. However, some have reported mixed experiences, particularly regarding the freshness of certain dishes like Kung Pao chicken. Overall, the staff's kindness adds to the positive atmosphere of the restaurant, making it a recommended location for many.
