“The flavors were very good and I thought my wrap was delicious but the prices are honestly insane. I can’t justify returning to eat here even though I really liked the food. I’ve worked in many restaurants and the food costs for wraps like this are low enough that the prices they charge don’t make sense. I get they have overhead but over $20 for a wrap is absurd. Especially since it felt like 85% of the wrap was kale. The woman who took my order was a little awkward/short with me when I asked questions, but the man who was making my food was extremely nice and seemed like a great guy. I doubt prices will ever be lowered so I don’t think I’ll be back. Still giving 4 stars since I really liked the flavors. Updated from previous review on 2025-08-03“

“We went on Friday morning around 10. It was packed and people waiting in line. We only had to wait about 15 minutes. I figured service would be slow since every table was full. I was pleasantly surprised that the service was exceptional. The food was also exceptional. We had omelettes with home fries. The home fries were out of this world. Best place for breakfast I've ever been to. We are going back next week.“

“First time coming here and we loved it Servers were very friendly and nice and the chicken and waffles were perfect. They even offered to replace the bacon waffles with vanilla waffles and give the bacon on the side. I like how they call your name out by you favorite movie or tv show. It did take a bit of a while to get a table for just the 2 of us because most of them were tables of 4-6. Overall great tho“

“Decided to try this place out, wanting some Thai food. It was a great choice. It was only one gentleman working register and being a waiter. He really had his hands full, but he handled it very well when he came to take our order one person entered they were coming for a pick up. The phone rang at the same time he said to us excuse me went answer the phone quickly then he told the person who was standing there waiting for a pick up order. Please hold one moment while I finish this table he proceeded back to us and took our order.. I was very gracious that he went in such a great sequence. He then proceeded to give the person their to go order but making sure he placed our order to the kitchen first so I would give him a 10 out of 10 for service and when we left, he thanked us for coming. He was very personable and the food was very good. I have the pineapple rice. My husband had a sesame chicken. I enjoyed my food very much and when I am in this area, I would not hesitate to come back.“

They were super understanding when I picked up like six drinks at the same time and got them made very surprisingly fast for me. They even helped me figure out how to drive without the drinks all spilling. I go here so often I love it!“

“Such a cute place and the food was fabulous. A little story to make this place even better. My daughter and I stopped by on Saturday around 2:50, they sat us and took our order within minutes. Our food came out very quickly and it was absolutely amazing. We noticed everyone was leaving and we were the only ones left, because they close at 3. “Despite Good Food, We Won’t Be Back A dozen adult family members from across the Charlotte and Concord areas gathered at The Mill to celebrate two family birthdays. We all ordered food and drinks from the vendors, and the experience started off well. In place of birthday cake, the two birthday girls had requested homemade lemon bars. We placed them on the table alongside the food and beverages we purchased from the vendors. While we were still enjoying our meal, a representative from The Mill approached our table and informed us that “outside food” was not allowed and we had to either remove the dish or leave. We understand and respect general policies regarding outside food, but this situation called for some discretion and basic courtesy. The lemon bars were clearly not a competing item—they were a personal, celebratory gesture. The birthday girls were disappointed, and the family member who made the lemon bars was embarrassed and hurt. Passing out Lemon Bars in 100° heat in the parking lot is just not the same. This action came across as inflexible, uninformed, and inconsiderate. It reflected very poorly on the management. Although our food and service was great, none of us plan to return. When I emailed Gibson mail detailing this story, I received the following reply: Dear Barbara, Thank you for your message. We will give this matter the consideration it deserves. “Somtam combo Thai Style is my favorite. I moved from Bangkok, Thailand to Concord, NC about a year. I was craving Thai food. I tried many Asian restaurant but they don’t test like at home until I came here. My family is so happy that we found this place. My son loves sushi and kids fried rice. This is our favorite restaurant.“

“This was my first experience with frozen yoghurt (other than the supermarket prepackaged stuff😬). I tried three flavors which were vanilla, milk chocolate, and cookies and cream. All the flavors were perfectly smooth, creamy and delicious. The self-serve setup at the store was clean.They got fixed price for the base which is yoghurt and you can serve as many toppings as you like. At the checkout, they weigh your cup and charge accordingly. Toppings were vast which included nuts, berries, chips, flavored syrupy sauces to drizzle and many more. Definitely a great spot for dessert lovers!!“

“First time coming and Ricki greeting me from the bar. I was having a not so good day and immediately Ricki’s smile made me feel welcome. She taught me something about mead’s I have never heard before. While she was helping us, another couple walked in and she made us feel like we were the only ones in the room. She knew we were new and took her time and ensured all our questions were answered. We planned to go to another brewery on our date night but ended up staying at Buzzed until they closed. Drinks are amazing too!! Highly recommend!!“

“Just left after having my birthday dinner there. Yup, that’s my top choice around. Where else can you find gluten free General Tso’s chicken and it is amazing! Lots of gluten free options/ healthier options and ingredients. As a 15 year fitness professional I appreciate that! Best part though was when we got the hostess to come over and have some of my birthday cake we brought though! Was slightly a trip that she was clearly Italian as well. Kind of felt like back home in NY for a minute there, haha! They are always unsurprisingly busy, yet I’ve never had to wait a long time. Best Asian food in the area. Hands down!“

“We arrived on a Saturday evening & when we walked in we were immediately seated right away. Our waiter constantly checked on us. The endless salad bar was great, we had amazing salads & they have every fixing that you can think of!!!!! Our food was very delicious. The salmon & ribs were good. I wouldn’t recommend the catfish. The pictures on the menu showed full catfish and they were very very small pieces that came on my plate, I wasn’t happy about that but everything else was great.“

“The manager Justin showed excellence, maintained his composure, and was a shining star guiding his team in the face of a medium rush at this location. Thoroughly impressive in his focus and his teams responsiveness.

Emotional dynamics alluded to some team tension and it seems Justin knows how to stay focused and methodical and not allow the teams lack of experience impact the customer experience.

“There's not the level of service that used to be available. If you place an order at a kiosk, you have to get your cup with your food which is a minor inconvenience but I'd prefer to get my drink while waiting on my food. The kitchen is taxed so it's hard to interpret to get a cup.“

“I truly Love Blaze Pizza. The fact that the ingredients are always fresh and you have the opportunity to put as much as You desire on the pizza is unmatched. The Fire Roasted taste from the Oven gives your pizza a nice crunch and fully cooked feel. I normally go with the Take Two which is a half pizza and your choice of a Side. My Go-To is the BYO Salad which you can put all the same toppings that You use for a pizza into the Salad if you like. If You enjoy Good Pizza and a Variety of Topping choices then this is the place to Go To.“
