Just came to pick up a small meal from this location and the women spent most of their time talking and laughing in the drive thru window forgetting my items. I came back for immediately back through the drive thru for my items and the manager questioned if even ordered it. When I headed her the receipt she just handed it to me, no apology. Very Rude & Very unprofessional. I won’t be spending my money at the location anymore
I normally never leave a bad review but after today’s visit I felt like I needed to. When I arrived I was told my order was not ready and to pull around and someone would bring my food out to me. After 20-30 minutes of me waiting and several other people getting their food I finally went in to see my food sitting on the shelf. The crew are great specially, the manager I believe his name is Dante. Also he has the crew at the cash register plus the service was awesome. I would recommend the store all the time and that’s my favorite store forever thank you.
