“It's been a long since I visited a Wendy's. In fact, I haven't sat down in one since I was 15-years old in Louisiana (I'm currently 34-years old). However, I was surprised by the size of the building, restaurant-style environment, flexible ordering, and most importantly, the speed.
When I arrived at this location, there were at least 5-cars in the drive-through window and 4 waiting in the building; I walked in and placed my order using the kiosk machine. Not even two minutes passed by, but my order was ready. Needless to say, the food tasted fresh and delicious. From the moment I stepped in and left out, the experience was all positive.
This is how it's done and many csn learn a lot from this establishment.“
