“I was there today around 4:00 and a customer refused to put her mask on. She was given a mask because she didn’t wear one in. Then she refused to put it on after one customer and three employees asked her to do so. I’m unsure how it played out after I left but consider not taking the order of a person not wearing a mask if your policy is you must wear a mask to enter your store“

“I would first like to say how sorry I feel for the staff at this store. Regardless of consistent EXCELLENCE in service, they are tasked to serve the mostly dramatic, ridiculous and entitled residents of the Cornelius community. My experience over the past 4 years has been nothing short of amazing! The store is always clean and the service is always incredible! I only recall one occasion when my drink needed to be replaced. The service and staff is nearly perfect! Some of the poor reviews are sad and ridiculous. It's coffee and tea. It's not life. Get over yourself.“
