“So delighted with service with a smile and assistance from everyone even if it was not my server. I took my grandson 14 today for his birthday at Fresh Watch Huntersville. I asked for the special BD offer. Mgr explained the procedure to get this promotion. However she made a exception which impressed me as well as the birthday boy. Food excellent, server I called Ebony (wrong name) smiled and brought all things requested in a timely fashion without the usual look of give me a chance. The 5ft 3 Mgr made small talk with BD boy. She was amazing customer care with ease. Ki thank you.“

“Waiting for a seat outside can be long. I never understood why when no one is there when I come but inside of its under a 15 min wait..lol but the service is always good. Food is good as well.

“Food was decent, eggs overcooked on an omelet otherwise was good. The wait was minimal but got busy close to 10:30am with others waiting for tables to open. The atmosphere was nice but was very loud with no sound dampening, we couldn't hear each other talking and asked each to repeat what one said. Price was fair for quality and quantity. Would I return? Maybe as long as it wasn't on a busy morning and definitely would get something that's not egg related. Service she would check on us when possible due to low staffing for how busy they were. We waited for about 5 to 10 mins to get our check to leave because we kept trying to find her to make eye contact with.“

“Went here for a breakfast date with my husband. It was really loud and chaotic b/c there were guest standing everywhere waiting for food. So if you want to have an initmate setting meaningful convo, go outside. The food & drinks were great I had a classic chicken biscuit and berry peach lemonade. My husband had classic breakfast tacos with bacon, smashed browns , and donuts.“

“My husband and I stopped here to grab brunch on August 1, 2025. Hubby had the big steak omelet with pancakes. I had the sirloin tips & eggs with crispy potatoes and subbed in a slice of french toast instead of getting the pancakes. Our food came out fairly quickly. Everything was cooked to our liking and hot. The restaurant was clean. The bathrooms were tidy. The best part of our visit was our waitress, Liberty. Liberty was so pleasant and attentive. She was an absolute breath of fresh air. I noticed how well she took care of all of her tables. She was kind and attentive. She does her job quickly and efficiently, most importantly, with a smile and the best attitude. She was even kind enough to listen to me ramble on about couponing. Lol I highly recommend visiting this Ihop if you happen to be in the area. Hopefully, you'll be as blessed as we were to receive such outstanding service.“
