Our usual Japanese restaurant has never opened their dining room since Covid, so it is nice to have a place where you can eat off of a plate instead out of a Styrofoam box, so I appreciate Japan for that. Our entrees were good but where most places come with a soup or salad, here they are extra and a simple salad of lettuce and carrot strips is $3 extra. Also we were charged $1.50 for an additional small shrimp sauce, which I thought was excessive. So I'm on the fence about Japan...read full review
Food was pretty good. Kinda higher end pricing. Presentation was good. Sushi was ok. Good but not the best. Slow on refills...staff friendly though. Didn't like door opening near us for staff to hand out drive through food constantly with freezing air. overall ok.
I have no idea what other people are saying the people that work here are amazing the food is so carefully created and it's DELICIOUS i remember one time my little brother left his dog toy there and our waitress kept it in her apron and gave it to us when came back
