“It's not a 5 star restaurant, but I give it 5 stars. If you like fried chicken with a little Cajun flavor, this is the place. The service at all bojangles is a little sketchy at times, probably, but what fast food isn't. You get what you pay for. The sides are pretty good. If you are concerned about eating healthy, I'd say go somewhere else.“

“Really nice interior, tastefully decorated for the Christmas season, and clean.
Only annoyance, I always order my sandwich w pickles on the side. For the first time, I was going to be charged for the “container” to put my pickles in. Random nonsense that has never happened before. The order taker said that each owner operator decides those policies…😑. Kind of a sour note on an otherwise perfect experience.“

“Dear Lord, I have no idea why people are dogging this place with all the low-star reviews. I’ve been down here the past couple summers, and every time I’ve swung by Cookout, it’s hit the spot. Look—this is fast food, so I’m not expecting a white tablecloth experience. But even with expectations set low, Cookout has consistently impressed me.

The first time I ordered hot dogs, I’ll admit I was a little thrown off. I’m from Michigan, so when we say hot dogs, we’re usually talking Coney-style—mustard, chili, onions. At Cookout, I got these bright pink hot dogs with slaw. Totally different vibe. But I’ve gotta say… they were delicious. I’ve ordered them more than once now, from different Cookout locations, and they’ve been solid every time.

Bottom line: If you’re expecting a gourmet meal, you’re in the wrong place. But if you want good food fast, and you’re open to something a little different, Cookout delivers. I’m a fan, and I’ll keep coming back.“

“I drove to the Hardee's on hwy 89 in Mount Airy and sat in the drive through lane for 20 minutes and didn't get close to being able to place an order.
So I drove to the Rockford Street location where I sat for 15 minutes.

After going in to the Rockford Street location however, the service was quick and the food delicious.

I even took the time to change and edit my review to let the Rockford Street team inside know that Rockford Street will be my new Hardees.“

“I got 2 hotdog combination and cheeseburger combination with french fries and drinks. Food was hot and fresh, the young lady that took my order was polite and smiled the whole time while taking my order. Then went up and ordered two chocolate sundaes they were good as well.

“The drive thru was quick and the employees were very gracious and kind. When I ordered, they asked if my daughters would like crowns without being prompted. The food was fresh and some of the best Burger King I've had in a long time.

The kindness of the employees here is something my daughters remember and bring up whenever we drive past.“

“I have to say this was the best sandwich I have ever had from subway. I always get the exact same thing and I get it toasted. Usually the ends of the bread are hard as a rock, but not this time. The young man working there this morning must know something everyone else that works there don't. The bread was toasted absolutely perfect, just crispy enough and still nice and soft. “Repairs in my kitchen left us unable to cook, made an unplanned run to Bojangles in Mount Airy. I am the customer the drive thru dreads. Big order, requesting things not on the menu, and worst of all adding more items at the window (big family). Mishad was an absolute angel, put my add ons in without a second thought, was so kind and patient. Thanks for making what should have been a bad experience go so well!“

The food was delicious, hot, and fresh, exceeding my expectations. It's a bit of a detour off the highway, but absolutely worth it for the quality and service. Highly recommend stopping by!“

“Always have a pleasant experience when I visit this Jersey Mikes. The food is delicious and the girls are always so warm and welcoming. They always make sure to great me when I come in and someone always come by our table to ask how the food is. I usually order a buffalo chicken sub and they make it perfectly and quick! The restaurant is always clean, I never see crumbs on the tables and the bathrooms are spotless. I’ve been to a lot of Jersey mikes in the area and this one as well as the one in Winston on university are my favorites. I can tell Jersey Mikes holds high standards.“
