“Customer service has gone down hill in the last few years. I know as employees come and go so will the service. The current person working the drive through the last couple of trips has been short! She acts like it's an inconvenience to have to wait for you to speak. She continues saying will that be all before you can get to the next item. Some people are not made for customer service.“

“The Chill Shack is officially a new favorite! We tried the ice cream cookie sandwich, a scoop of ice cream, and the blue raspberry shaved ice — and everything was SO good.
The ice cream cookie sandwich was the star of the show — soft, fresh cookies with creamy ice cream that hit the perfect balance of chewy + smooth. The regular ice cream was rich and flavorful, and the blue raspberry shaved ice was super refreshing with just the right amount of sweetness.

“Selection of food is mostly sandwiches. They did have chicken strip plate and hamburger stk plate. they were priced higher than most of the other restaurants in the area. The cheeseburgers were good could have been a little warmer. A kids meal and 2 burger meals was $25. Did not buy any ice cream but it looked good.“

“Needed a quick something to eat. My husband likes barbecue, I like anything else. He ended up getting french toast and bacon, and it was a big (for him) portion. I had a cheeseburger and baked beans. The cheeseburger was excellent, the best I've had at a fast food or sit down restaurant. At first, the baked beans were weird-tasting, but after the second spoonful, I was hooked.
Vincent, the young man at the register was very pleasant. He is an asset to Aunt Bea's.
