I have never come across a place that had so much potential, that fell so flat!
Durham is a need of a good restaurant with excellent burgers and beer! However, this place is not it. I ordered a burger to be medium and it came out almost completely raw. If you’re gonna be a burger joint, then you better have an amazing burger. All the toppings were on point but the execution was not. The flagship beer was so flat that it was almost skunk.

Have driven by so many times and finally experienced the outdoor dining last night on a beautiful evening. The food was delicious (even thought they had run out of the rice and beans we were excited to try - just a great reason to go back!) Loved the drinks we tried, and we even splurged with some ice cream at the end. Service was fast and friendly. Now we just wish we had gone sooner!!
Delicious burritos and great service - highly recommend!!!

Bull City Solera and Taproom is a family-friendly restaurant that offers a fun and welcoming environment for all ages. The food is praised as delicious, with the kids' meals being very large, affordable, and loved by children. The restaurant features a variety of entertainment options, including foosball, pinball machines, Connect Four, board games, and a play area, making it a great spot for families to enjoy together. Outside, there are outdoor games and a beautiful outdoor dining area that adds to the relaxed atmosphere.
The drinks menu is highly regarded, offering a selection of impressive reserve beers, including the popular Solera. The restaurant’s commitment to quality is clear, with locally sourced ingredients like lettuce from a small 2-acre farm and ice cream made on-site. The service is fast and friendly, with staff who are nice and attentive. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and enjoyable, although the music volume can sometimes be loud.
Customers really enjoy visiting for the free pinball on Tuesdays and appreciate the good value for their money. Many come back regularly, especially parents who find it an easy dinner option with plenty of seating inside and outside. The black, blue, and BBQ burger is highly recommended, and the BBQ sauce is described as the best ever. The pickles are also noted as being absolutely amazing. Overall, Bull City Solera and Taproom is a popular spot for families, beer enthusiasts, and anyone looking for good food and fun in a friendly setting.
