Burger King in Durham

“I work on the side of town so I love me some Burger King! I usually go ahead and order my food on the app and just pick it up when I get there. I use these fast food apps all the time but for some reason today my mind was not working, and I could not figure out how to use my rewards at the actual drive-through.🙃 The two boys working today were so patient with me and helped me figure it out! I see them most days when I get my food. They are always very nice and asking how your day is! I have always worked in the service industry, so I know how difficult that is. These young men are super hard workers and have great spirits! Thank you both so much for helping a confused girl out today! I know the good karma will come your way!“

“We just moved to the area and was looking for a quick bite to eat so we could continue moving and we order on the app arrived to the Drive thru and the lady that was in the window with think was the manager was so friendly and helpful. We for got to add cheese to our combo our brains were tired from moving all day this was around 10:30p. The food was hot, fresh and it hit the spot. Very good meal to keep us going. We will be back.“

“This is a fine Burger King and I had just gone through a bad experience on the road resulting in damage to my car. I needed comfort food and this location did not disappoint. The people were nice and the food was exactly what I expected which is pleasing and above average. I sure needed a cheer-up right then, so good job BK! You helped me out 😊.“

“Went through the drive through last night, ordered a double whopper large combo with onion rings, after getting to the window I asked for no tomatoes and the manager Jeanette happily obliged and had them removed, I do believe she had a whole new sandwich made because I mentioned an allergy. The whopper was nice and hot but not burning hot, the diet Dr Pepper was ice cold and full to the top. It's always great to see someone who enjoys their job... ps my kids loved the crowns thank you see you again real soon“

“I know it's new so I expected it to look clean. The young lady who took my order in the drive thru, was pleasant and patient. She came to the window to collect payment with a smile. Thank you!! I don't eat fast food so I asked what the $5 duo consistent of, she willingly explained it. The light skinned black American lady at the drive thru today after 11am thank you. Customer service has really gone to the dogs so I appreciate you. God bless you 🙏🏾“
